Screamer - cut special infected that would've used. Survivors executed after L4D2 - I believe the military from the comic thinks that the original survivors are carriers of the green Flu, so maybe after L4D 2 survivors are executed because of the fear they might be carriers too? Not super sure about this. Like the tank is wrath and boomer is gluttony, you get the idea.
Green Flu made in lab - IIRC it's just a theory that it was made in the labs, can't remember exactly what backs it up.ħ deadly sins - pretty obvious.
